Your JOOLA order is in good hands! Here's what you need to know about shipping:


Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping within the continental USA on all retail orders over $50 (excluding discounts, taxes, and handling fees).
  • If you choose free shipping at checkout, rest assured that we'll select the best method to get your order to you.
  • For table retail orders within the continental USA, free curbside shipping is included.

Standard Shipping

  • For all orders (excluding freight/LTL orders), we use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Table tennis tables, pro pickleball nets, and other oversized orders will be delivered curbside via truck freight.
  • Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Once your order has been placed, it is no longer eligible for modifications.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
  • Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. Please ensure items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.
  • If a return or exchange is the result of our error or a defective product, shipping costs will not be incurred.

Freight/LTL Delivery Overview

  • Table tennis tables, pro pickleball nets, and other oversized orders are delivered Monday–Friday via Freight (LTL) carriers.
  • Customers can choose expedited shipping for an additional charge. Customers may also make their own arrangements with freight forwarders from the port.
  • Standard table shipping is 7–10 days, plus an additional 2–7 days for processing due to freight pickup scheduling.

Freight/LTL Delivery Checklist

Before placing an order for a table tennis table, pro pickleball net, or other large item:

  • Check freight access due to size. Some trucks may be unable to access certain residential areas. If concerned, notify JOOLA before placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Provide your phone number on your order. Freight delivery is scheduled with the carrier via phone after the item arrives at your local distribution center.
  • Double-check your address. If the shipping address needs to be changed after the freight has already shipped, the carrier may charge an additional fee.

While you're awaiting a freight order:

  • Check your email. Order updates will be communicated via email. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
  • Check your tracking number. It lets you know where your shipment is and the estimated arrival date. Delivery appointments may be rescheduled if missed.
  • Answer the phone. Delivery appointments are scheduled by phone. Missing the carrier's call can delay delivery or cause the shipment to be returned to the freight terminal.
  • Arrange for someone to be home. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. Most freight companies require a four-hour delivery window. Deliveries are curbside only, so you may want to arrange additional assistance.

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the freight before signing the delivery receipt. Although experienced third-party freight carriers are used, damage can occasionally occur.
  • If everything looks good, sign and accept the shipment.
  • If anything appears damaged, write "REFUSED/DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Do not accept delivery if the package shows signs of damage.
  • If the wrong shipment is delivered, do not sign for it. If you discover an issue after the driver has left, do not unpack or assemble the product. Leave everything in its original packaging and contact customer service immediately.

For any concealed damage found after the delivery, you must contact customer service within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to assemble the product. Please keep all the original packaging, including the pallet.

Frieght/LTL Order Tracking

When your order is fulfilled, the system generates an automated message with a tracking number. We use a number of LTL carriers, and their tracking numbers can be traced below.

Important Reminders for Table Deliveries

  • When your table arrives, inspect all packaging and merchandise carefully.
  • If the item or the packaging appears to be damaged, refuse delivery.
  • Contact JOOLA customer support immediately to have a replacement item shipped.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once the item has been signed for.
